Happy New Year: I hope everyone had a wonderful vacation and is ready to return to school tomorrow! Students please remember to bring his or her take home folder, water bottle, and morning snack. Winter Gear: Please help your child enjoy the three outdoor recesses by having your child wear warm clothing each day. A winter coat, hat, gloves or mittens, snow pants, and boots make it possible to be comfortable and play in the snow. Word Work: Our class will continue to learn about the -cal and -cle word patterns this week as in typical, bicycle, and musical. Students should read their word lists, discuss the meaning of the words, and practice spelling words with similar syllable patter...
