  Weekly Update October 27, 2025 10/27 We have gym. 10/28 We have STEM   10/29 We have a late start.    We have book check out. Please return all books. 10/30 We have art.   10/31 We have music.   Word Work: This week our class will be learning about the sounds that -ed says at the end of the words (-ed/-id, d, and t).   I like to refer to it as the languages that -ed speaks. Students will bring home word lists on Monday to read, discuss the meaning of the words, and practice spelling words with similar syllable patterns.   Sub on Monday: The students are aware I will be out on Monday. Mrs. Davis will be their sub. She is a good friend of mine and has been one of my preferred subs for almost 20 years.
